These terms describe how TankDoctor is provided and how you can use the app responsibly. This draft is enough for Paddle verification and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

1. Use of the service

TankDoctor provides AI-assisted aquarium diagnostics and retention tools. You may use the service for personal or business aquarium management, subject to these terms and applicable law.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the security of your account, including the email address used for magic-link sign-in. Do not share your access link with others.

3. No veterinary guarantee

TankDoctor is a decision-support tool, not a veterinarian or substitute for professional aquatic veterinary care. Use your own judgment and seek expert help for urgent or severe cases.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm other users, the platform, or third-party systems.
